RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL

The "right of first refusal" is a provision sometimes found in CC&Rs that allows an association to purchase a condominium whenever a member of the association sells his/her unit. It allows the association to step into the shoes of the buyer and purchase the unit under the same terms and conditions as the buyer.
