RECORDS INSPECTION LIMITATIONS

Records are the property of the association and members are limited on how far back in time they can request records. Members may only request records for the current fiscal year, and the previous 2 fiscal years. Civil Code 1365.2(i)(1)

Minutes. The above limitation does not apply to minutes. Minutes dating back to the beginning of the association must be permanently available for inspection. This includes minutes of committees with decision-making authority as well as board and membership meetings. Civil Code 1365.2(i)(2)
