RECALL OF DIRECTORS BY SECRET BALLOT
Civil Code §1363.03(b)

Notwithstanding any other law or provision of the governing documents, the removal of directors from the board by the membership must be voted by official secret ballot mailed or delivered to all members entitled to vote and returned to the inspectors of election.
