RECALL MEETING AGENDA

The agenda for the meeting is established by the board and must include the any matter for a vote by the membership. Only those matters in the meeting notice may be voted on by the membership. Corp. Code §7511(a) Such matters must be on the ballot sent to the membership in advance of the meeting.

However, the board may include items on the agenda such as an open forum with questions and answers by the membership about association issues as well as the recall itself.
