CHANGING OFFICERS

Officers serve at the pleasure of the board. Corp. Code §7213(b) As a result, boards may change officers at any time. If a board decides that a president, secretary or treasurer is no longer effective in his or her office, the board may at any time remove that person from office and select another director to fill the position.

Persons removed from office continue to be on the board with all of the rights and powers of a director.
