EMERGENCY MEETINGS OF THE BOARD

An emergency meeting of the board may be called if there are circumstances that could not have been reasonably foreseen which require immediate attention and possible action by the board, and which of necessity make it impracticable to provide at least four (4) days prior to the meeting. Civil Code §1363.05(h)

Notice of Meeting. Emergency meetings may be called by the president or by any two directors other than the president. A notice and agenda, even though less than four days, must be posted so members can attend. This does not apply to executive sessions.
