WITH MAILING LABELS

Associations (or owners) can put a mailing label in this spot instead of printing the information by hand. If the mailing address is a P.O. Box or it goes to offsite owners, the labels need to contain enough information for the Inspector of Election to sufficiently identify the owner as a member entitled to vote.
