INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR
OWNERS' CONTRACTORS

Whenever condominium, townhouse and co-op owners remodel their units, they should be required to sign a remodeling agreement agreeing to abide by the association's rules, requiring their contractors to be licensed and insured, agreeing to repair damage caused by their contractors.
