Foreclosure on Fees

FORECLOSURE ON FEES

Unless an association's CC&Rs provide otherwise, payments on storage units, parking space rental, etc. are fees, not assessments, which means associations cannot lien and foreclose solely on these fees. Likewise, late fees on delinquencies are not assessments; they are fees.
