COMMITTEE DURATION

Unless a committee has been established by the CC&Rs or bylaws, all committees exists at the pleasure of the board and cease to exist when the board that created it changes at the annual meeting. 

New boards are not saddled with committees created by prior boards. New boards may reappoint the same committees, appoint new committees or chose not to create any committees.
