Tina
currently practices community
development law and general
litigation. She is general counsel
to common interest developments
performing both transactional and
litigation work.
Prior
to joining Adams Kessler PLC, Tina
practiced in a civil litigation firm
where she developed her skills as a
litigator. She is experienced in all
phases of civil litigation,
including trial preparation, motion
practice, presenting oral arguments,
taking and defending depositions,
and engaging in extensive pre-trial
discovery.
While
attending law school, Tina served as
a judicial extern for the Honorable
S. James Otero (United States
District Court for the Central
District of California) and for the
Honorable Sheri Bluebond and Erithe
A. Smith (United States Bankruptcy
Court for the Central District of
California). During her judicial
externships, Tina drafted orders and
memoranda for a wide variety of
cases ranging from general
commercial litigation, contractual
disputes, and consumer and business
bankruptcy matters.
Tina
is a graduate of Claremont McKenna
College where she earned a Bachelor
of Arts in Government. She then
earned a Juris Doctorate from
Southwestern University School of
Law. Tina is admitted to practice in
the State of California as well as
the U.S. District Court for the
Central District of California.
