Azadeh
"Azy" practices community
development law and general
litigation. She is general counsel
to common interest developments and
planned unit developments. Her
transactional and litigation
practice includes attending
Homeowners Association board and
membership meetings, researching the
law, and preparing opinion letters
in a variety of legal matters. She
also handles all phases of
litigation.
Prior
to joining Adams Kessler PLC, Azadeh
practiced in a civil litigation
firm. In this capacity, she attended
court hearings, took and defended
depositions, propounded and
responded to discovery, researched,
wrote and argued motions, and
conducted pre-trial preparations.
She was also involved in appellate
work, including preparation of a
writs and appeals.
During
law school, Azadeh served as a
judicial extern for the Honorable
Sheri Bluebond of the United States
Bankruptcy Court. Azadeh also
interned at the Disability Rights
Legal Center where she dealt with
disability rights issues, including
putting into effect laws for the
equal treatment of disabled
individuals.
Azadeh
received her Bachelor of Arts degree
in Political Science from the
University of California, Los
Angeles, Summa Cum Laude, UCLA
College Honors, and Phi Beta Kappa.
She received her Juris Doctorate
degree from Loyola Law School.
Azadeh is admitted to practice in
the State of California as well as
the U.S. District Court for the
Central District of California.
