MATTHEW A. GARDNER

Before joining Adams Kessler, Matthew spent two years developing his skills as a litigator in the Public Defenders Office in Cincinnati, Ohio handling 240 juvenile and adult cases.

Matt now specializes in community association law in both transactional and litigation matters. This includes attending board and membership meetings. preparing and enforcing vendor contracts, opinion letters regarding governing documents, preparing demand letters, and litigating disputes.

Matt graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana where he majored in history. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Dayton School of Law where he was an officer of the Saint Thomas More Society. Matt is admitted to the State Bars of Ohio and California. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
